Built Around the Practical Side of AI Integration
We work with businesses in Thailand that want to bring AI capabilities into their existing software — carefully, with clear documentation, and without unnecessary complexity.
Back to HomeHow Suphan Tech Came Together
Suphan Tech was founded by a small group of engineers in Bangkok who had spent years working inside enterprise software teams across Thailand. The observation that kept coming up was the same: organisations were adopting AI tools in pockets — a pilot here, a standalone deployment there — but the harder, more useful work of connecting those capabilities to the systems people actually relied on every day was rarely done well.
The company formed around that gap. Rather than building AI products, we focus entirely on the integration layer — the technical work of making an AI service and an existing business system talk to each other dependably, with proper data handling, and with documentation that stays useful after the project is finished.
Our base is on Rama IX Road in Huai Khwang. Most of our clients are mid-sized businesses in Bangkok, though we also work with organisations elsewhere in Thailand when the project fits our model.
Mission
To make AI integration a reliable, well-documented process for businesses that want to move carefully rather than quickly.
Vision
Organisations in Thailand where AI components are woven into operational software cleanly, and the people managing those systems understand what they have.
Approach
Each engagement starts with a proper technical review. We build only what fits. Documentation and handover are treated as deliverables, not afterthoughts.
Our Core Team
A small group of engineers and technical consultants, each with a background in enterprise software integration in Thailand.
Surachai Kijmanee
Lead Integration Engineer
Twelve years building and maintaining integration layers for financial services and logistics software in Bangkok. Leads assessment and connector design at Suphan Tech.
Pimchanok Wattana
Technical Consultant
Specialises in data flow analysis and API design. Works with clients during the assessment phase to document constraints before any build work begins.
Noppadol Thammasat
Managed Services Engineer
Handles monitoring, maintenance, and the scheduled reviews for clients on the managed integration plan. Named engineer contact for most ongoing accounts.
Technical Standards and Protocols
Consistent practices that run through every project, regardless of which service tier a client is on.
Documentation as a Deliverable
Every connector we build comes with written technical documentation. This is a required output, not optional, and is reviewed with the client before handover.
Data Minimisation by Design
We design integration layers to pass only the data an AI service actually needs. Reducing data surface area is part of our standard build approach, not an optional add-on.
Testing Alongside Your Team
The testing phase is done with your team present, not handed over after the fact. We want the people who will manage the integration to understand how it behaves.
Scheduled Review Cycles
Managed service clients receive structured reviews on a fixed cycle. These cover status, any changes in the wider AI service stack, and what, if anything, needs adjustment.
Personal Data Protocols
Where integrations touch personal data, we document the data flow explicitly and discuss compliance obligations with the client as part of the assessment scope.
Vendor-Independent Scoping
Assessments document options across different AI service providers. We do not have preferred vendor arrangements that would bias which options we present to you.
Technical Integration Work for the Thai Business Market
The conversation around AI in business tends to focus on what AI can do. The less visible part is how it connects — how a language model or a document processing service actually reaches the data it needs, returns its output to the right place, and does so reliably enough to be useful day to day. That connection work is where Suphan Tech operates.
Working from Bangkok, we engage with businesses across sectors — logistics coordination, professional services, manufacturing documentation, customer-facing support systems — where software environments are established and the question is not whether to adopt AI, but how to connect it cleanly to what already exists.
Our service structure reflects the three points at which organisations most commonly need technical support: understanding what is feasible given their current systems, building the connector that links a chosen AI service to those systems, and then maintaining that connection as both the business software and the AI services evolve over time.
Each stage has a fixed scope and a defined output. An assessment produces a written options document. A connector build produces a tested integration and its documentation. Managed support produces regular written status reports and a named contact. The work stays legible at every stage.
